For any marriage to work, there has to be trust involved. You do not have to be present during the cleaning; however, please provide entry instructions if you will not be to prevent a lock-out fee. 


We love our furry friends, however we also value your time. To ensure timely cleaning, we ask that any threatening pets or those larger in size be secured so that we can effectively clean your space. If we arrive with loose pets and you are not home, we will cancel your appointment due to the safety of our cleaners. Additionally, our cleaning technicians are not required to clean up pet messes. 


 We accept cash, check/money order or credit card; payment is due the day of your appointment.  


We understand things come up (vacations, holidays, etc.). In the event that you need to cancel a recurring cleaning, please contact us 2 business days prior. If the request is made within that time frame, you will be charged a $50 fee. 


 Yes, we send text and e-mail reminders prior to each appointment to avoid the need for a $50 cancellation fee to be applied.


Requests for work outside of what was previously discussed are to be made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. Approval for such requests may be based on scheduling availability and are subject to additional fees and/or re-scheduling.


We will send one or two cleaners to nearly all jobs. Each cleaner(s) come fully equipped with cleaning kits and vacuums so you won’t need to supply anything.


Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. 


 We bring our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies but please let us know if you prefer commercial products as we have those readily available.


With a healthcare background, we understand the rules behind the HIPAA act in medical facilities. With that being said, we focus on thorough cleaning while keeping full patient confidentiality.


Although we don't require it, we highly recommend your first cleaning is a deep clean. This allows us to make sure your house meets our high standards from the very beginning, so we can continue to maintain that level on future cleanings.


 To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys, clothing and secure personal belongings before we arrive. Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place. 


Tipping is not required; however, they are greatly appreciated.
